Julianna's horse is Bandido del Bosque. Bandido is a dark bay Paso Fino gelding. Dennis owns Teela, a red dun Quarter Horse mare. They are well matched in size and enjoy each other's company at home and on the trails.

Our horses are seasoned trail mounts, dependable and steady when faced with obstacles. They trailer well too...truely a pleasure to ride.

It took less than an hour to trailer our horses to the Curtis Creek section of Pisgah Forest. We rode a long way up the mountain and had lunch in this pretty spot. Some bears were seen by a cyclist on his way down, but they were gone by the time we got there. We will go back in the fall when we can see the views better. The horses were very relaxed and enjoyed their outing. I have on my new chaps and Dido has a new headstall.
