This screech owl stayed on the sign for a few days. It looked fake 'till it moved!

Drama at the ornamental fish pond! This bullfrog has been eating my shubunkins, so I was not too sorry to witness this scene. The garter snake managed to catch the frog that has been escaping my net for months. Kinda gory, I know, but that's nature.

The young bear was in Mum's yard. It ran away when it saw me taking it's picture., and lastly, a robin's nest with about 6 hours between shots.

Look who has moved into the old nesting box! A very friendly and photogenic flying squirrel. It was hot when these were taken, so it was 'hanging out' to cool off.
